Police looking for suspects in fraud investigation

Windsor police are hoping someone can help them identify two suspects who stole $9,000 from a local bank.

The pair visited a bank on Tecumseh Road East near Lauzon Parkway on March 17 and fraudulently withdrew the money from a victim's account.

The two suspects then visited another bank on Wyandotte Street near St. Louis Avenue and tried to withdraw another $6,000. When an employee became suspicious the pair took off.

The first suspect is described as a White woman around 35 to 45-years-old with a fair complexion and dyed red hair. At the time of the incident, she wore an orange jacket, glasses and a black shirt.

The second suspect is described as a White man around 45 to 55-years-old with a medium build, fair complexion, balding grey hair and a goatee. At the time of the incident, he wore a black jacket, black shirt, and carried a patterned satchel.
