An investigation is underway after a 'suspicious' house explosion in Windsor's Forest Glade neighbourhood.
Firefighters responded to the scene on Aspen Lane near Pineview Crescent at around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Officials said once crews arrived on scene, firefighters went into a defensive mode to battle the blaze.

Shortly after, officials tweeted they were dealing with a structure explosion and warned anyone living nearby to immediately evacuate their homes if they smelled gas.
The gas company was called to the scene and officials said the Ontario Fire Marshal is sending an investigator.

There is no word of any injuries or a damage estimate following the explosion.
Officials say the investigation will continue on Monday.
