It happened around 5 a.m. Sunday when crews responded to a fire near Chruch Street, just west of downtown Windsor.
According to officials, firefighters managed to get the fire under control shortly after arriving on the scene.
Damages are estimated at $125,000 and the cause of the fire has been listed as undetermined.
Lambton OPP are on the lookout for a break and enter suspect.
