Windsor police are looking to identify a man who allegedly stole licence plates from multiple vehicles last week.
On February 22, a man was seen on video surveillance stealing the licence plates from vehicles in the alley of Dougall Avenue, between Wyandotte Street West and Elliott Street West.
The licence plates were then used during other crimes in the city.
