Warrants issued for pair in downtown home invasion, assault

Windsor police have identified and issued warrants for last two people wanted in connection to an aggravated assault in the city's downtown earlier this month.

Investigators have identified the wanted pair as 52-year-old William James Deans and a 35-year-old Jesseca St. Louis.

The two are accused of joining three other individuals in assaulting a 42-year-old with a metal object during a home invasion at a residence on Glengarry Avenue on February 6. Police claim the five suspects robbed two other victims during the incident as well.

Deans is wanted on charges of aggravated assault with an offensive weapon, two counts of robbery, uttering death threats, and failure to comply with a release order. He is describe as White, approximately 5'10", with a medium build, blue eyes, and greyish hair.

The other outstanding suspect, St. Louis, is also wanted on charges of aggravated assault with an offensive weapon and two counts of robbery. Police say she is White, around 5'4", with a thin build, green eyes and blonde hair.

Police have since located, arrested and laid charges against the other three accused, 28-year-old Teanna Logan, 35-year-old Matthew Reis and 45-year-old Dion Shaw.
