Art in the Park committee looking for artists

Art in the Park is looking for exhibitors for the 2023 festival.

The outdoor art festival returns to Willistead Park June 3 &4.

“Our goal is to fill the park with more exhibitors than we have ever hosted before, exceed our attendance goal from 2022 and lastly bring back the kids’ zone,” said Allan Kidd, Art in the Park chair.

Last year's festival attracted over 30,000 people, breaking the record for the highest attendance in the event's history.

Exhibitors who are interested in applying should submit their application on the Art in the Park Windsor website. The deadline to apply is February 28.

The event is also looking for corporate sponsors.

Over the past 44 years, it’s raised $1.3-million for restoration efforts at Willistead Manor. Another $2-million has supported Rotary’s projects in developing countries, like drilling new wells and building schools.
