Residents displaced in Dougall Avenue fire

Windsor fire officials say several people are looking for a place to stay after an early-morning fire.

Windsor Fire and Rescue crews were called shortly before 3 a.m. Thursday to a home on Dougall Avenue near Erie Street West.

The fire was put out a short time later, but crews remained on scene to perform ventilation and overhaul.

No one was injured, but Windsor Fire and Rescue say several people were displaced.

The cause of the fire was undetermined with a damage estimate at $60,000.
