A Leamington man faces two charges after the Ontario Provincial Police found a man inside a home that didn't belong there.
The OPP got a call a suspicious person was hanging around a home in Kingsville just before 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
When officers arrived, they found the suspect inside the home.
A 49-year-old man faces a count of being unlawfully in a dwelling and another of assaulting a peace officer.
Police did not release the location of the incident.
