Female suspect identified in Windsor assault case (PHOTOS)

Windsor police are hoping residents can help them identify a pair of suspects in an assault earlier this month.

It happened at around 2 a.m. on August 4. Police say the victim was inside an apartment building on Riverside Drive East near Lauzon Road. A female suspect knocked on the victim's door. Once the victim opened the door, a male suspect who had been hiding suddenly rushed inside.

The male suspect sprayed the victim with a noxious substance and stabbed him several times. The victim was treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators have identified one of the suspects. An outstanding warrant has been filed for 35-year-old Jessica St. Louis.
