A Windsor man is facing charges after an off-duty police officer witnessed a car doing doughnuts on a pond in Malden Park Saturday afternoon.
Around 3 p.m., the car was seen speeding and driving erratically on the pond with some people nearby.
The off-duty police officer got a license plate and description of the driver and reported it to patrol officers.
The vehicle left the park before police arrived, but it was immediately found by officers on Huron Church Road near Kenora Street.
The 64-year-old driver was charged with dangerous driving.
