Lakeshore looking for feedback on park design

The Municipality of Lakeshore is looking for feedback on the future of St. Clair Shores Park.

The park located on Amy Croft Drive is considered a neighbourhood park and currently includes playground equipment, a basketball court, an open area, and a 650-meter walking path.

As part of the park design and budget process, the town has launched a public survey. Residents are also invited to take part in a virtual engagement session on Tuesday, December 7, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for park users and residents to share your thoughts and shape the future of St. Clair Shores Park,” said Mayor Tom Bain. “We want to know what investments and improvement you would like made, and your feedback will be crucial to inform Council’s budget discussions and the park’s final design process.”

A preliminary design has been completed by Bezaire Partners. The overall layout and elements identified in the design will serve as a starting point for the community engagement process.
