Pitbull postponed at the Colosseum again

Fans of the rapper Pitbull will have to hang onto their Caesars Windsor tickets a little longer.

The casino complex announced over the weekend that Pitbull's appearance in Windsor was postponed a third time due to continued restrictions implemented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you have tickets for the original March 25, 2020 show, the first makeup date of June 25, 2020, or the second makeup date of March 28, 2021, your ticket will be honoured at the soon-to-be scheduled third makeup date.

"If you have already requested a refund and it has been completed and processed through Ticketmaster, your previously purchased ticket is now null and void," read a release from the casino. "Refunds for postponed and cancelled shows will be available upon request through the original point of purchase."

The Colosseum Box Office is closed to the public since the casino is closed, and it will handle refunds once the casino reopens.

Several other postponed shows have received tentative makeup dates in 2021. Those include comedian Sebastian Maniscalco on May 19 to May 21, the cast of Schitt's Creek on June 27, Bachman Cummings on July 25, and REO Speedwagon on December 11.

Caesars Windsor remains closed. Casino officials continue to monitor the health guidelines from the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit.
