Unifor goes three for three in parts plants talks

Workers at auto parts supplier Dakkota have a tentative deal.

Just two days after Unifor Local 444 announced a tentative contract with Avancez, it reported success with Dakkota on its social media.

Less than a week ago, workers at ZF-TRW ratified their new three-year contract by a margin of 78 per cent.

The union will hold two ratification votes virtually this Saturday morning. The meeting for workers at Avancez is at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. for those at Dakkota.

Now, Unifor Local 444 sets its sights on HBPO.

All four plants supply the Windsor Assembly Plant.
