Windsor police look to identify fraud suspect

Windsor police fraud investigators are hoping someone can identify a suspect in a recent case

In June, the Financial Crimes Unit began investigating after a person reported a large amount of money was missing from their bank account.

Investigators discovered that someone was able to get a debit card attached to the victim's account. That person withdrew money from the victim's account.

Police are hoping to identify the suspect seen in the surveillance photo shown below.
