Look up projects in your neighbourhood using new online tool

Curious to know what infrastructure projects are going on in your neighbourhood? The City of Windsor is launching a new online tool designed to keep residents up to date.

It is a new investment map on the city's website.

"We take great pride in the number and variety of investments undertaken in our community each year," said Mayor Drew Dilkens. "This web portal and the mapping you see are our latest efforts to provide information on many of those investments."

You can find out when the city plans to fix that crack in the sidewalk in front of your house or what Windsor's master plan has to say about upcoming work on your street.

Users can filter their search for upcoming plans for parks, municipal facilities, and even arts and culture projects too.

The city will continue to add categories to the map as time goes on to give residents a snapshot of investments taking place in their community.

"While these are by no means all of the investments laid out in the city's annual capital budget or all of the assets funded, we hope you'll find it an easy way to explore some of the great work being done in our community," continued Dilkens.
