The Greater Essex County District School Board has reached tentative agreements with two of its employee groups.
An agreement was reached with the school board and the Essex and Kent Counties Skilled Trades Council as well as the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario Occasional Teacher union.
ETFO Occasional Teachers represents approximately 350 employees at the elementary level. The Essex and Kent Counties Skilled Trades Council represents 16 employees across a variety of trade unions.
Both agreements still need to be ratified by the trustees of the GECDSB and the union members.
