The Ontario Provincial Police have charged a Leamington man with trafficking cocaine after he was allegedly out past his curfew.
Officers were patrolling downtown Leamington around 11:30 p.m., July 29, when they spotted a man they knew was under a court order to obey a curfew.
When they approached the man, he walked into a restaurant.
Police found him hiding in the kitchen.
They said the man allegedly resisted arrest and was found to be carrying cocaine.
Edis Rodriguez-Flores, 34, of Leamington now faces two counts of resisting arrest, one count of possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking, and failure to comply with a release order.
