Man charged with sexual assault

A Windsor man has been charged in a sexual assault investigation.

Windsor police were called to an apartment building on Glengarry Avenue around 10 a.m. on Sunday. Officers met the female complainant and she was taken to the hospital for a medical assessment.

A suspect was identified, located, and arrested.

Chad Clark, 48, of Windsor is charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.
