A Toronto man is facing mischief charges after a home was damaged in west Windsor.
On Monday, police were called to the home on Bloomfield Road for reports of property damage. They were told that someone had smashed a window and kicked in the door of the home. The blinds from the window had also been torn out and scattered across the front lawn.
Police located a man fitting the description of the suspect on Chippawa Street. He was placed under arrest without incident.
Derick Freeman, 23, is charged with mischief under $5,000.
