Four suspects charged in Lakeshore break-in

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged four people after a break-in in Lakeshore last Friday morning.

Police arrived at a commercial business on Old Tecumseh Road between the Puce River Harbour and Wallace Line in Puce.

They found a stolen vehicle in the driveway when they got there, and a suspect leaving the business.

After arresting that suspect, police brought in the K-9 Unit, and police dog Maximus found a second suspect hiding nearby.

Then two more were taken into custody.

Police have charged 34-year-old Lindsy Lenius of Essex, Joseph Reid, 35, of Leamington, and 33-year-old Garret Prail and 38-year-old Christopher Taylor of Windsor.

The suspects face several criminal charges, including break and enter, possession of break-in instruments, mischief, and possession of property obtained by crime.

The charges have not been proven in court, and all four were released from custody on the condition they appear in court in Windsor on July 22.
