Windsor man charged in downtown break-in

A 38-year-old man is charged in connection with a break-and-enter.

Windsor police said officers responded at around 10:30 p.m. Monday to a commercial alarm at a business in the area of Riverside Drive and Ouellette Avenue in the downtown core. It was determined that a man had forced his way into the business and was still on scene.

Police searched the building and found the man trying to hide in the ceiling. He was arrested without incident.
