University Avenue West is closed between Campbell Avenue and Bridge Avenue.
Police said a vehicle hit a building around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
Two people in the vehicle suffered serious injuries, but no one in the building was hurt.
The investigation is ongoing.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
