OPP investigate arson in Leamington

Police are investigating after an early morning fire in Leamington that is believed to have been arson.

Around 8 a.m. Saturday, OPP, Leamington Fire and Essex-Windsor EMS responded to reports of a residential fire on Queens Avenue.

Very other details have been released at this time. The scene is currently being held and the office of the Ontario Fire Marshall is investigating.

Police ask that anyone with information about the incident contact the Leamington OPP major crime unit at 519-326-2544 or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
