The Town of LaSalle is once again shutting down Front Road over the Turkey Creek Bridge as rehabilitation work continues.
The project is expected to last until the end of November, a month later than initially predicted.
Front Road will close at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, October 19, and reopen Monday at 6 a.m. Once it opens, traffic will continue one lane in each direction.
There will be a detour.
The shutdown will impact transit service. Route 25 will follow the regular route, but instead of turning right from Reaume Road to Matchette Road, it will continue straight on Reaume and turn left on Front Road.
That means bus stops on Matchette Road and Front Road will closed temporarily.
