Crews arrived to a fire in the garbage room of the building around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
Around 7:30 p.m Windsor fire confirmed that the fire was put out, but were still ventilating the smoke that traveled from the garbage chute and spread throughout the building.
The cause of the fire has not yet been released.
No injuries are being reported.
Lambton OPP are on the lookout for a break and enter suspect.
