According to the latest figures from the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors, the average home in September 2019 sold for $329,238. That's up nearly $27,473 from September 2018.
Home listings and sales have also increased. There were 18 per cent more homes on the market in September 2019 compared to September 2018. Around 525 properties switched hands last month, a 7.82 per cent increase from 2018.
