Another shutdown planned on Front Road in LaSalle at the Turkey Creek Bridge this weekend.
The road will be closed in both directions to vehicles and pedestrians at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, and reopen one lane each way Monday at 6 a.m.
There will be a detour posted for traffic.
"There's four closures total, just from the operations going on there," said Manager of Engineering Jonathan Osbourne.
The project started in May and initially, it was supposed to wrap up in mid-October, but Osbourne said it will be in November now.
"When that original schedule came out that was kind of the best-case scenario," said Osbourne. "Weather and different construction items pop up. Nothing major but there's been a couple of delays in there."
The closure will also affect public transit. The bus stops will close temporarily on Matchette Road between Reaume Road and Morton Drive, and Front Road from Morton to Reaume.
