A post-mortem is set for Thursday on a body found washed up on a beach in Essex.
Ontario Provincial Police said officers were called to a private beach in Colchester around 3 p.m. Wednesday after the body was discovered.
The body of the unidentified female was taken to London Health Sciences Centre for the post-mortem, according to OPP Constable Stephanie Moniz. Police are working with the coroner to identify the body and determine the cause of death.
