UPDATE: Missing 15-year-old boy found safe

A missing 15-year-old boy has been found safe.

Kevin Garcia-Castro was reported missing after he was last seen at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Willistead Park.

Windsor Police reported he was found safe around 10:15 p.m. on Sunday.
