The Town of LaSalle may have to move the very popular Strawberry Festival this summer.
High water levels have caused flooding at Gil Maure Park.
A staff report is being prepared to determine where this year's LaSalle Strawberry Festival will be held.
Councillors will hold a special meeting on Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. in Council Chambers to discuss the matter. The special council meeting is open to the public.
The Lasalle Strawberry Festival is June 6 to June 9 and features a carnival, fireworks, a parade, entertainment and local strawberries.
