The downtown Windsor bus terminal will be back in service on Friday morning.
Transit Windsor said power is being restored and the building at Chatham Street and Church Street will reopen at 7am.
Director of Operations Pat Delmore told BlackburnNews.com on Thursday that a power cable to the building failed in the middle of the night, so the decision was made to close the building.
City buses kept running.
He said it comes at a difficult time because on Wednesday the transit provider encouraged seniors to come to the terminal to pick up their new bus passes.
