Company may call you about Enwin

Do not be surprised if you get a call from a company called Innovative Research asking questions about electricity distribution.

Enwin Utilities is reaching out to residential and business customers in the next two weeks to give them another opportunity to comment as it prepares a Cost of Service application to the Ontario Energy Board.

Innovative Research collects data and works with many utilities across Ontario.

The information it collects in its phone survey will be added to data collected in 2017.

"Through our first survey, we gained valuable knowledge about the needs and priorities of all our customer groups," said Enwin President and CEO Helga Reidel. "This follow-up is our way of confirming with customers that we understood and have responded accordingly."

She said the information would also guide decision making in the future.
