The Ontario Provincial Police reported the crash on Highway 77 at County Road 14 on Tuesday shortly before 10 p.m.
The Leamington Fire Service said one of the drivers was trapped and had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Both of the tractor trailer drivers have been taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Highway 77 and County Road 14 have reopened.
