Windsor Police anticipate laying a charge against the pedestrian involved in a crash on Huron Church Rd.
Sergeant Steve Betteridge said the pedestrian was struck in the southbound lanes of the road near Tecumseh Rd. W around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Fortunately, the pedestrian suffered only minor injuries, but Betteridge said the man was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The incident remains under investigation.
