A school bus driver is recovering from minor injuries after a chain-reaction crash during the morning commute.
Windsor Police Sergeant Steve Betteridge told BlackburnNews.com a school bus hit a parked vehicle on McKay Avenue just before 9 a.m. on Thursday. The parked vehicle then crashed into the one ahead of it, which crashed into a third.
Betteridge stresses there were no students on board the bus, and nobody was in the parked vehicles.
Some city streets were slippery this morning, but Betteridge could not say if road conditions played a role in the crash.
He did want to remind drivers to "drive to the road conditions."
The incident is under investigation.
