Damage is pegged at around $150,000 following a fire in west Windsor
Windsor Fire and Rescue said fire officials were called to a house on Partington Avenue near University Avenue just before 2 p.m. on Monday.
A Windsor fire investigator determined the blaze was caused by a torch used for a plumbing repair.
There were no injuries. Fire officials said four residents escaped safely when the smoke alarms in the home went off.
The fire was under control quickly and was declared out within half an hour.
