If you have not received your 2019 interim property tax bill by February 4, the City of Windsor wants you to call 311.

The bills have been put in the mail.

Anyone with a question about the bill can also call 311, 519-255-2489 or 1-877-746-4311 toll-free.

The due dates for regular tax payments are February 13, March 13, and April 17.

The city also offers pre-authorized payment plans.

The instalment plan payments are due February 13, March 15, April 15, May 15, and June 17.

For those who pay mid-monthly, the due dates are February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15, and June 17.

The end-of-the-month payment plan instalments are due February 28, March 29, April 30, May 31, and June 28.

Taxpayers can pay at an approved bank, credit union, or trust company. Cheques can also be mailed in or dropped off at either City Hall or at a customer care centre. Payments can be made over the phone or through online banking, or with a mortgage payment through your financial institution.

If you are having trouble keeping up with your payments, you are encouraged to seek lower cost financing alternatives at your bank. There is also a tax relief program for those meet the eligibility criteria.
