Family man is Windsor's newest millionaire

A Windsor man has found a million more ways to take care of his family.

Orlando Nalli collected a $1-million cheque from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) after winning the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize during the Lotto 6/49 draw on November 21.

The 45-year-old husband and father of four is a frequent lottery player and had to do a double-take when he checked his ticket.

“I enjoy playing Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Max,” said Nalli, who is self-employed. “I was shaking and had to take a step back to rescan my ticket.”

The winning ticket was purchased at the Mac's convenience store on Grand Marais Road in Windsor. Nalli plans to use the money to pay off bills and help his family.
