The Windsor-Essex County Humane Society is holding a big adoption bonanza this weekend.
The shelter is bursting at the seams and needs to find homes for dozens of cats and kittens.
The humane society says all cat and kitten adoptions will be free.
Adoption hours are 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The local humane society is also partnering in a campaign being offered in Canada for the first time ever.
This adoption event on Saturday only helps cats and dogs in need by paying adoption fees at participating shelters.
