Two Windsorites are facing fraud charges after allegedly using a stolen credit card to make several purchases.

Windsor police say on April 9, a car was broken into on Elsmere Ave. near Niagara St. A number of items were stolen from the car including bank and debit cards.

Later in the day, purchases were made on the cards at a convenience store, restaurant and a gas station by two suspects.

Investigators were able to identify the suspects. They arrested a 20-year-old man and charged him with possession of stolen property, using a stolen credit card and fraud.

A summons has been issued for the second suspect, a 30-year-old woman. She faces similar charges.
