Woman Accused Of Driving Impaired Through Leamington

The Ontario Provincial Police say a woman is charged after a call came in about a suspected drunk driver driving through Leamington.

The call came in around 4pm Wednesday about a vehicle on Talbot St. W.

When officers stopped the vehicle, the driver showed signs she was impaired, so they arrested her.

The 48-year-old woman faces a charge of operating a motor vehicle over the legal limit. Her license has been suspended, and her vehicle impounded.
