The Ontario Provincial Police traffic management unit was conducting speed enforcement in Lakeshore on Saturday, March 31 when the vehicle was stopped.
The Windsor teen has been charged with racing a motor vehicle. Her driver's licence has been suspended and her vehicle was impounded.
