Windsor Police Seek Fraud Suspect

Windsor police are asking for help in finding a suspect accused of fraud.

Police say the suspect went to a business on Howard Ave. at Bensette St. on Wednesday, March 21 and made over $5,000 in purchases using a fraudulently-obtained bank draft.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, 6'0", 160 lbs, with a slender build and a medium complexion. He has short black hair, crooked teeth, a goatee, a mustache, and heavy pockmarks on his left cheek.

The Financial Crimes Unit is investigating.
