OPP stopped the vehicle on First St. in Lakeshore around 2:20am.
The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He is facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and driving a motor vehicle over 80 mg of alcohol.
The driver's licence was suspended and his car was impounded.
