Two Windsor-Essex men are facing a slew of charges after being stopped for speeding on Hwy. 3 in Lakeshore.
The Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle on February 28, 2018. Officers decided to investigate further and found large amounts of illegal drugs. They seized methamphetamine, an edged weapon, and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle.
A 28-year-old man from Leamington is facing charges of possession, possession with the purpose of trafficking, failing to comply with a probation order, possession of a weapon, obstructing a peace officer, and possession of stolen property.
A 21-year-old from Windsor is facing drug possession charges and breach of recognizance.
