A Windsor man is facing sexual assault charges after a woman was touched inappropriately during a massage appointment.
The woman had an appointment at a downtown business on December 29, 2017, and reported the assault to police on December 30, 2017.
After an investigation, officers arrested 46-year-old Shawn Boycott on January 11, 2018.
Windsor police continue to investigate. They believe Boycott has been employed at several local massage agencies.
