The fire started just after 11am Tuesday at a home between Victoria Ave. and Wigle St.
The area is home to a number of older houses.
Leamington Fire Services says the call came in at 11:03am, Tuesday and the building was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived.
No one was hurt.
The cost of the damage is estimated at $105,000.
