Disqualified Driver Facing Impaired Driving Charges

A Lakeshore man is facing multiple charges after being caught speeding with an invalid license while intoxicated.

OPP saw the car speeding and driving erratically on Hwy. 3 near the 401 interchange in Windsor on Saturday night around 8:40.

The BMW SUV was stopped and the driver was arrested after showing signs of impairment.

The 47-year-old from Lakeshore is facing charges of impaired driving and driving while disqualified. His car was impounded.
