Windsor-Essex Named Best Location For Investment

An international publication has named Windsor-Essex as one of the top ten best locations in Canada for investment.

Site Selection Magazine published the list this week that also includes Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Ottawa.

The WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation also received a Canada's Best Award from the publication.

Site Selection Magazine is a publication that focuses on corporate real estate, facility planning, location analysis and foreign direct investment.

Youth volunteers practice coastal conservation

Nine young volunteers aged 11 to 17 spent three days exploring and protecting the Lake Huron coastline during the Coastal Conservation Youth Corps' inaugural program in Grand Bend from July 21 to 23.
