The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors says housing sales in July were down 2.68% this year compared to last year's figures. In July 2017, 617 properties sold compared in 634 in July 2016.
Properties listed in the area were up 8.39% with 943 listings compared to 870 listings in July of 2016.
The average sale price was $255, 688 compared to the average last year of $233,948.
